The Comply Direct team

The Comply Direct compliance team are experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated. We pride ourselves on our performance to date and we are fully focused on continuing to develop innovative and comprehensive compliance services that are delivered at lowest possible cost.

The Managing Director of Comply Direct is Gareth Roberts who set up the company at the beginning of 2006 and is a key shareholder. Gareth has overall responsibility for the operation of Comply Direct and ensuring it meets all its conditions of approval as a UK approved compliance scheme. Gareth has 15 years of senior commercial management experience within the chemical industry and latterly within the environmental sector.

The other Director of the company is Iain Liddell who is also a key shareholder. Iain is an experienced business entrepreneur having amassed a personal fortune by founding and developing the largest privately owned international freight and logistics company in the UK. Iain adds considerable business acumen and management experience to Comply Direct.

The other key roles within Comply Direct are held by a highly motivated, experienced yet youthful team who have a passion for excelling at customer service. Jessica Tennant is the company Office Manager with 4 years experience of producer responsibility legislation. Comply Direct has four experienced compliance Account Managers in Melanie Tomkins, Samantha Stonnell, Abigail Gains and Moira Drummond-Burnett.

The Company secretary is Barry Tuck who also holds such a role at the Uniserve Group.
