Head of Compliance and Operations

Jessica oversees all compliance activities within Comply Direct with a specific focus on quality systems and procedures. Specifically, Jessica is responsible for ensuring we operate in line with EA requirements as an approved compliance scheme and ensures our compliance team look after all the needs of our current and prospect members. Jessica's also takes overall responsibility for the company accounts, the company financial performance and has input into the strategic direction of the business in addition to having key man management duties.

To be able to heal/cure people

My favourite is Prosecco, but can’t cope with the hangovers, so it would have to be vodka lime and soda, with fresh lime!

I’m spending quality time with my family and friends

A man, they have it far too easy!
