It could not be easier to register with Comply Direct for batteries compliance.

The simple steps are:

• Become a registered batteries user of the Comply Direct website. This is simple, cost free and with no obligation involved.

• Check the compliance costs via the online cost calculator on the Comply Direct website as a registered batteries user.

• Complete the online Comply Direct Batteries membership form (letter of intent download until full compliance available at the beginning of October 2009).

• Upon receipt of invoice, pay the Comply Direct annual membership fee and the appropriate EA fee.

• Comply Direct will issue you with a unique batteries membership number, password and user ID for access to batteries member area website.

• Member submits batteries handled data online.
