Energy usage reduction service

Energy costs rising year after year?

Unsure if you are ready to meet your CRC liabilities?

Unsure if renewable energy is feasible?

Pressure mounting to be more sustainable?

Comply Direct have a new service that can help.........

We have teamed up with energy experts and technology partners to deliver a complete service aimed at reducing your energy usage and therefore you costs and your carbon emissions. Our outcomes based approach identifies, manages and delivers solutions guaranteed to reduce consumption with no up-front costs but simply opportunities identified that you will only pay for as you start making the savings.

Identifying the right solutions

Our approach starts with looking at your business and the benefits of reducing energy usage and costs. Our Carbon Trust accredited experts carry out a full energy assessment of your business activities, specifically looking at:

  • how you manage your energy
  • whether you are on the lowest priced energy tariffs
  • the suitability of your existing lighting, heating, and hot water services to efficiently provide for your needs
  • the most cost effective low carbon technologies available for your company

As an fully independent company not affiliated to any one particular supplier we then work with a multitude of technology partners to present a proposal with costs detailed that will deliver a bespoke solution to your organisation.

Pay and You Save

All proposed solutions will generate savings that will more than cover the costs of any investments. We can also arrange innovative finance solutions to cover any required investments. Typical identified savings represent 20% of a company’s energy costs.

Project Management

Once appropriate solutions are agreed, Comply Direct will project manage the whole process through to commissioning.

An experienced dedicated energy manager will act as the project manager and will stay in place for the duration of any technology implementation projects. Their specific role will be to;

  • Undertake energy analysis, monitoring and project analysis
  • Produce performance specification for projects
  • Liaise with preferred contractors on implementation
  • Attend site during and after installation to ensure works are to requirements
  • Produce monthly energy reports and quarterly project progress
  • Deliver energy awareness training to staff
  • Provide telephone support for energy related queries

It is important that any changes take into account the views and abilities of existing staff. As part of the proposal we would include an initial period where we would help develop an internal energy management policy, initiate monitoring and KPI targeting and deliver a series of energy awareness seminars to staff.
