The Comply Direct team have many years experience of environmental producer responsibility legislation as a government approved producer compliance scheme under The UK Producer Responsibility (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2005 (as amended) and The UK WEEE Regulations 2007.

We have a chartered engineer onboard who has for the past eight years specialised in the implementation and running of energy and carbon management systems for industrial and commercial businesses in order to delivery of bespoke or standard services and solutions aimed at delivering sustainable reductions in carbon emissions. We have onboard an accredited energy consultant to the Carbon Trust’s energy efficiency programme and an accredited assessor for the Carbon Trust Standard as well as a verifier for the EU Emissions Trading Scheme.

Our environmental specialist has over 18 years experience of environmental management in the private sector providing verified multiple year global carbon emissions for major international companies. He has a broad understanding on CSR issues in business in addition to being an expert in data modelling.

Our team has provided carbon and energy related consultancy to key industry sectors including retail, FMCG, banking, telecommunications and construction. Comply Direct is therefore ideally placed to provide consultancy and support to UK companies ahead of forthcoming climate change legislation such as the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC).
