Location of Work: Bracewell House, The Water Mill Park,  Broughton Hall, Skipton  North Yorkshire  BD23 3AG
Nature of Position: Full Time, three month probation period
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5
Basic Salary: £12,650 PA
Pension:  Following successful completion of probation period

Job role:

This further role is required following ongoing company growth and will deal with administration relating to member companies.

In addition the role will offer administrative support to all the services offered by the business and there will also be various marketing related aspects to the role.

Past experience has demonstrated that there is the potential for good career progress within the company for candidates that perform well and exhibit the right attitude.


Roles and responsiblities:

  • To accurately process member compliance related administration.
  • To play an important role in the member data submissions process including logging forms, undertaking data entry, following up verification forms, assisting with incoming member queries etc.
  • To help prepare and send accurate and timely marketing communications to members.
  • To carry out data and documentation auditing to help ensure compliance across the business as per the Regulations.
  • To provide ISO 9001 related administration support.
  • To provide various other administration duties and support as required. 
  • To deliver, promote and encourage a high standard of administration within the team and company overall.
  • To consider and implement process improvements where possible within the team.

Personal specification:

The Compliance Administrator will be committed to providing exceptional administration support and have a real eye for detail. A motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to co-ordinate and prioritise key tasks. The ideal candidate will be confident working within a team and also able to work on their own using their initiative. Strong organisational and communication skills are imperative as are being of a positive and happy nature.

  • Capability to multitask, prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Able to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly and learn and develop in an ever changing company.
  • IT literate: Word, Excel etc.
  • Degree educated desirable.
