On Thursday 1 December, our Talent and Culture Team made their way down to the Millennium Gloucester Hotel, London Kensington for the HR Brilliance Awards.
We are truly over the moon to take home this award, with so many proactive and dedicated businesses in the same category. Employee engagement is such an integral part of our business as we continue to grow, with our Talent and Culture team continually working to push boundaries to ensure outstanding practice and leadership.

Comply Direct shortlisted in the HR Brilliance Awards
The HR Brilliance Awards celebrate the outstanding contribution that innovatively designed and superbly executed HR strategies make to business performance. Therefore, we are delighted to have been shortlisted in the Employee Engagement category in the 2022 awards.
The Brilliance in Employee Engagement awards honours organisations for specifically focusing on engaging employees through fostering a corporate culture, empowering Leadership, transparency, recognition, and team building. Judges are looking for a well-thought-out strategy linking employee engagement to the heart of the business.
At Comply Direct we recognise that our employees are our business and that they all have great ideas and suggestions for driving the business forward. We continue to create a vibrant, challenging, and exciting place of work so that people can really make an impact and where everyone is encouraged to ‘always find a better way’. Our employees can shape their own progression and career path with support from all their colleagues.
We are overjoyed to be shortlisted as a finalist, meaning we achieved an average score of at least 70 out of 100 from the judges. It is the company with the highest score in our category that will be designated the Brilliance Award winner and will receive a Brilliance trophy at the awards finals taking place on 1 December at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel, London Kensington.
