Obligated for WEEE compliance?

The WEEE Regulations have a number of implications for producers and distributors (retailers) of EEE. There are no exemptions for SMEs under the WEEE Directive and hence the UK WEEE Regulations apply to all business regardless of size. The WEEE Regulations apply to EEE defined within the WEEE Directive which are listed in 13 product categories.
