Our impact is driven by our stakeholders. Every two years we ask our customers, suppliers, employees, partners and wider community what elements of our impact are the most important to them. This forms the basis for our action.

We’re proud to be a B Corporation, having met rigorous environmental and social standards to achieve certification. As part of a global movement reinventing business to define success beyond profit, we have made a legal commitment to equally pursue beneficially impacting the planet and people, alongside profit.

Positive environmental impact

We are a UN ‘Race to Zero’ signatory and have pledged to reach net zero by 2030 for our direct emissions. This pathway meets the Race to Zero initiative requirements and aligns with our Business Declares ambition. Discover more about our environmental accreditations and commitments here

Reforestation

We support tree planting initiatives across the globe. Through our Customer Impact Rewards Scheme, our work with Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust supports UK woodland restoration and nature preservation in our local areas. In addition, with our partner Ecologi and Million Tree Pledge, we help drive reforestation overseas, committed to planting 1 million trees in our Beyondly forest.
