Comply Direct awarded Investors in People Gold Standard

Comply Direct are celebrating 10 years since becoming a UK approved producer compliance scheme and we are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) Gold Standard.

Comply Direct was first recognised as an Investor in People in 2010 with a successful review in 2013 and the achievement of the Silver Award in 2013. Now in 2016, our 10th anniversary, we have been awarded the Gold Standard. This puts Comply Direct in the top 2% for world class business performance through its people.

Investors in People is the UK's leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business. It’s a simple framework to benchmark the effectiveness of leadership and management practices in any organisation. September 2015 saw the launch of the sixth generation standard. The update was based on the features of leading organisations across the world and IIP only expect the Gold Standard to be awarded to the top 2% of organisations assessed.

The Gold Status was awarded to Comply Direct following a detailed assessment by IIP through meetings, reviews, interviews and observation. Comply Direct’s business performance through people was evaluated across Leading, Supporting and Improving.

The report states: “Core values of commitment, respect and trust are clearly reflected in the way the organisation operates. A culture of trust and ownership has been created through empowering people to make and act on decisions.

People firmly believe that the organisation is committed to learning and development and opportunities exist for and are taken by people to reach their potential. A flexible and innovative approach to learning was confirmed.

Interview and observation evidence clearly supported the fact that ideas, suggestion and improvements were encouraged and facilitated through various approaches.”
