Our entry for The Health and Wellbeing Award is focused on how we have established a successful, bespoke and varied health and wellbeing programme which covers all aspects of health and wellbeing. The culture of health and wellbeing is embedded in the company through numerous channels and supports and improves the overall health and wellbeing and work/life balance of staff. Being shortlisted for this award is an amazing achievement, following our announcement in June, that we have retained the Investors in People (IIP) Gold Standard and additionally awarded the Health and Wellbeing element of the standard for the first time. Read more here
