Beyondly brings home two silver awards at the UK Business Awards!

Beyondly take home the top award in the Brilliance in Employee Engagement in HR category at the HR Brilliance Awards
On Thursday 1 December 2022, our Talent and Culture Team made their way down to the Millennium Gloucester Hotel, London Kensington for the HR Brilliance Awards.
We were truly over the moon to take home this award, with so many proactive and dedicated businesses in the same category. Employee engagement is such an integral part of our business as we continue to grow, with our Talent and Culture team continually working to push boundaries to ensure outstanding practice and leadership.

Beyondly win the Best Flexible Working Initiative as part of the Employee Experience Awards
Our Talent & Culture Team made their way down to London on Thursday 19 of May 2022, to deliver a live presentation to a panel of judges outlining our Flexible Working Initiative. We were extremely proud to have won a category so important to us, an initiative that has allowed every member of the team to achieve their perfect work life balance

Beyondly win the High Growth Business of the Year award at the FSB celebrating Small Business Awards 2022
We were so pleased to be recognised for all the hard work every single member of the Beyondly team puts in to achieve business growth and this was a great privilege amongst so many other fantastic businesses in the Yorkshire & Humber area. Winning this award presents the opportunity for us to further raise our profile as a business, in line with our purpose; to lead, inspire and educate others to be a force for good.
UK Business Innovation Awards
Beyondly were very excited to have won silver in both the Best Employer and the Health and Wellbeing categories at the UK Business Innovation Awards 2022.
After being shortlisted for three categories as part of these awards, we were extremely hopeful to place in at least one category, therefore to come away with two silvers was an amazing achievement for our full team.
