We are overjoyed to have won the Best Flexible Working Initiative as part of the Employee Experience Awards!
Our Talent & Culture Team made their way down to London on Thursday 19 of May, to deliver a live presentation to a panel of judges outlining our Flexible Working Initiative. We are extremely proud to have won a category so important to us, an initiative that has allowed every member of the team to achieve their perfect work life balance.

We are very excited to announce that Comply Direct are finalists in the best flexible working category in the UK Employee Experience Awards.
The UK Employee Experience Awards promote Britain’s very best employee experience practices, highlighting the importance of a skilled and motivated workforce to solve the issues of the coming decade.
Comply Direct are delighted to be shortlisted for the best flexible working initiative. This initiative has been created by our creative Talent and Culture team with the aim of meeting the needs of every employee, allowing them to achieve the perfect work life balance for them. Therefore we are very proud of our flexible working approach and that is has been recognised within these prestigious awards!
The UK Employee Experience Awards first live awards ceremony since 2019 will be taking place on Thursday 19 May in London, where our team will deliver a 30-minute presentation to the judging panel ahead of the evening awards ceremony. We are excited to attend and meet all the other companies who have been shortlisted within the 22 prestigious categories.
