Last night (21 November 2018) Comply Direct were announced winners of the Personnel Today Employee Benefits Award at a fantastic ceremony hosted at the JW Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor House in London
We are absolutely thrilled and incredibly proud to have been recognised for our efforts by a leading UK HR organisation. The shortlist for the Employee Benefits Award category was full of fantastic companies so bringing home the trophy is a very exciting feat for us. Comply Direct's HR & Operations Manager Jessica Aldersley said "It felt rather surreal when it was announced that we'd won!"
The reasoning the judges gave for choosing us as the category winner was as follows:
"Comply Direct’s submission was a very high-quality, showing a clear link between reward and high performance. Its benefits strategy provided great results for the business and its employees, producing excellent results for a growing business."
A large amount of work went in to our employee rewards and benefits strategy initially and is an area we are continually working to improve to ensure maximum effectiveness and most importantly, a happy, motivated workforce. Therefore, gaining recognition for our endeavours is highly pleasing and satisfying.
