Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Comply Direct Statement

Amid the developing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we wanted to take the time to reassure members of our scheme, suppliers and other business connections of the actions we are taking, both to protect the welfare of these parties, as well as our team here at Comply Direct. We ask that everyone remains vigilant and takes extra care in the coming days, weeks and months ahead

We have been planning for some time for how we will operate our business without disruption and made sure our business practices are aligned with government recommendations to help to control the spread of COVID-19.  For the time being, our office remains open and fully operational and we have everything in place to ensure all our team can work from home and remain completely functional when the time comes. We are constantly monitoring the situation and will communicate if any unforeseen circumstances arise which cause disruption to normal business and we will provide full updates on our website, social media and through email.

Following guidance and with immediate effect, we will not be conducting site visits or holding face to face meetings with members, prospects or suppliers until further notice but will continue to communicate and deliver our services via all our other communication methods. All phone numbers and email addresses will function as normal and our chat feature on our website will continue to be manned in office hours as normal where you will always be able to speak to a member of the team. For those not familiar with our chat feature, you will find the ‘Online – Chat With Us’ button in the bottom right of our website; simply click on it and chat away with us. We can also arrange online meetings through GoToMeeting, Skype, and Microsoft Teams etc.

We understand this is a challenging time for everyone and we are thinking about all our business colleagues and connections at this time.
