Investors In People Silver award achieved

18th May 2015

Comply Direct are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Investors In People Silver accreditation.

Back in 2010, Comply Direct achieved the Investors In People accreditation after we were recognised for our commitment to developing staff through training, career progression and support.

Now, in 2015, with a bigger team and plans to expand even further, we have been awarded the higher level Investors In People Silver standard.

Investors In People Standard

The standard is a benchmark for any well-run organisation and is awarded to companies with excellent people management. The Investors In People website states that they look for 'strong leadership, a compelling vision and a culture of improvement'.

All organisations working towards the Investors In People standard are expected to meet 39 evidence requirements from the core framework in order to achieve the basic level of accrediation.

The Investors In People Silver award, however, requires the company to meet 76 additional evidence requirements in order to achieve accreditation.

Comply Direct are delighted to have been awarded the Silver standard and with the assessors comment that we are 'exemplary'. Our next step would be to achieve the Gold award where 126 additional evidence requirements would need to be met. If you would like further information about any of the standards Comply Direct have achieved so far, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
