Jessica Aldersley, our HR & Operations Director has been invited to be a moderator at the UK Employee Experience Awards 2021's first networking meeting 'Are we looking after our HR Teams?' that is being hosted by Awards international on Tuesday 10th of November.

As mentioned in the title, this will be the UK Employee Experience Award 2021's first network meeting as they look to discuss the topic 'Are we looking after our HR Teams?'. Previous finalists, winners and judges from their awards in HR-related categories will be invited to share their industry knowledge and discuss 5 problem areas that the world of HR are facing today.

Jessica Aldersley will be moderating HR Challenge number 4, 'The importance of communication as employee's continue to work from home due to Covid-19. The role of constant and clear and positive communication and different strategies for sustaining this which others may find useful?'. As a moderator, Jessica Aldersley will lead the discussions and present the conclusions from the group to the wider team at the end of the meeting.

It is a privilege to be invited to moderate network meetings such as this one, to get together with fellow professionals and share ideas that will help improve our business operations. This is a credit to the incredible work that Jessica Aldersley and our HR team have done under particularly challenging times.
