This is in the form of OSO Environmental, who are an ambitious, Environment Agency accredited secondary waste material sourcing facility. OSO Environmental receive, store and monitor the movement of the waste, utilising plastic processing companies in the UK or overseas.

Consultants
After working with a number of external consultants for carbon and energy management Comply Direct recruited our own consultants and data analysts to ensure a high level of control and quality for customers looking for support with audits, data analysis and technical calculations for carbon and energy management.
Our consultants specialise in energy management, energy supplier contract audits and procurement, waste management, zero waste to landfill consultation, carbon reduction, carbon footprinting, ESOS compliance, SECR requirements and Climate Change Levy Agreements.
Our consultants are not office bound and as they are based around the UK they can be mobile on request. Our consultants build consultation reports and strategies for businesses based on the relationships they develop and feed this back to our compliance, waste, energy and carbon services to ensure the most cost effective arrangements while consistently ensuring confidentiality of information and the highest level of service.

Recycling, Reprocessing & Waste Management Network
As a packaging producer compliance scheme, Comply Direct work with a number of UK based approved facilities to provide packaging recovery notes (PRNs) to our packaging compliance scheme members with obligations under all regulated material types.
We have long-standing waste transfer arrangements and relationships with many of the recycling, reprocessing and waste management plants with whom we work; guaranteeing us low, transparent and honest PRN prices for our members. We continually endeavour to seek out and build relationships with new facilities in order to provide the most secure and lowest cost PRNs for our packaging compliance scheme members.
If you are registered with an online account for Comply Direct then you can access our PRN strategy which details the relationships we have with our recycling, reprocessing and waste management national network.
For all other requests and queries regarding our network of reprocessor facilities please get in touch quoting “reprocessors”.
Comply Direct made the changeover to their scheme simple and stress free and we haven't looked back; we're delighted with their service

Industry Council for Electronic Equipment Recycling (ICER)
Since the new UK WEEE Regulations came into play in January 2014, ICER has been the key forum for industry to work with government and regulators on WEEE issues.
ICER is a cross-industry association which focuses on waste electrical and electronic equipment.
As a WEEE producer compliance scheme, Comply Direct is a member of ICER which allows compliance schemes to work with treatment operators and the waste industry on issues that affect us jointly.
Membership of ICER means we can meet regularly with government and regulators to channel views to decision-makers, influence developments and get practical problems resolved.
ICER brings together stakeholders from different parts of the supply chain, including waste management companies, WEEE treatment operators, producers, retailers, trade associations and compliance schemes.
For more information about ICER or our membership with ICER, get in touch and quote 'ICER'.
Trade Associations
We are partnered with a number of Trade Associations as either associate members, partners or an approved waste regulations compliance partner.
Through Trade Association connections, Comply Direct are able to offer our members a wider reach of voice in the industry which is particularly useful when lobbying government forums and consultations as well as industry pressure groups.
