Having being with the Environment Agency for our packaging compliance, we decided to make the switch to Comply Direct, we couldn't be happier with their service. Our account manager has gone above and beyond to help us with completing all the data requirements in order to make a successful data submission, in order to ensure we are fully compliant. Nothing is too much trouble for our account manager, and they are on hand to deal with any problems we have. We also like the email communications by Comply Direct, which we find effective and informative which keeps us up to date. We would highly recommend Comply Direct.
