I joined Comply Direct in 2017, having previous B-B marketing experience in both agency and in-house environments, as well as being qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing to Associate level.
My role as Marketing Coordinator at Comply Direct has enabled me to grow so much as a marketer. I am continually provided with lots of opportunities to take on bigger responsibilities, manage campaigns and run with new ideas, which has allowed me to achieve record results for the business in terms of leads, recruitment of new customers and uptake on our webinar offering.
I work closely with the Sales and Compliance teams in order to achieve company objectives, which involves generating new business leads for Sales via various marketing channels/activity, as well as member marketing communications to ensure we’re delivering the high level of customer service standards we promise. Some of my specific responsibilities include, producing all on and offline marketing communications; e-shots, press releases, infographics, imagery, printed literature, case studies and training documents. In addition, I conduct regular marketing analysis, maintain and update the company website, co-ordinate online paid advertising and handle partnership marketing with our external colleagues ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.

Making an important and valuable contribution to the overall objectives and success of the business, through implementing effective, multi-channel marketing campaigns to retain existing valued customers and generate new leads for the Sales team.
