I joined Comply Direct in 2017, having previous B-B marketing experience in both agency and in-house environments, as well as being qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing to Associate level.
I have progressed from Marketing Coordinator to Marketing Manager at Comply Direct, evidencing how much the company has enabled me to grow as a marketer. I am continually provided with lots of opportunities to take on bigger responsibilities, manage projects and run with new ideas, which has allowed me to achieve record results for the business in terms of leads, recruitment of new customers and uptake on our webinar offering.
I am responsible for managing the development, co-ordination and implementation of the company marketing strategy with a focus on raising brand awareness. I also drive an integrated marketing strategy and ensure the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital activity. In addition, I have line management responsibilities for relevant personnel. I work closely with the Sales and Compliance teams in order to achieve company objectives, which involves generating new business leads for Sales via various marketing channels/activity, as well as member marketing communications to ensure we’re delivering the high level of customer service standards we promise.
