Operations Manager
About Emily:
I have been with Comply Direct since 2012 starting in a WEEE focused role before progressing to oversee our WEEE, batteries and packaging compliance services and then into my current role as Operations Manager. Within my role I continue to have oversight of our compliance services, our ISO accreditations (ISO 9001, 22301 and 14001) and I am also responsible for driving efficiencies and systems improvements. I am very proud to work for a company which places both its customers and employees at the heart of everything it does. Since 2012 we have grown year on year from a handful of compliance members to almost 1700 and have navigated ourselves and our members through various legislative and market changes. Without a doubt our growth has been a result of the focus we place on our customers and meeting their needs and this has also resulted in us developing a full range of services across carbon and sustainability. Our company’s purpose is to deliver ‘commercial and environmental benefits inspired by always finding a better way’ something that we live and breathe and is ingrained in the culture here. It pushes us every day to ensure we continue to offer first class customer service and find our customers innovative solutions.

I love implementing a better way of working which benefits our customers and makes us operate more effectively.
