About Louise:
I joined the team in 2018 and feel fortunate to have been given the opportunity to tailor my role in line with my aspirations during this time. In 2020 I completed my level 5 CIPD diploma in HR management, since then I have helped create a positive employee experience in line with our company strategy, values and culture. My role includes: responding to various HR queries, using information systems to create, administer and collate feedback from internal surveys, organising team building and volunteering events, delivering the content of our health and wellbeing programme, and assisting with recruitment related activities.
Specific interest within position:
To help create a happy and healthy working environment in line with our company objectives and strategy, where employee wellbeing and satisfaction is key to fostering a high-performance culture.
