Plus don't worry about any extra Environment Agency costs

The EA actively seek to prosecute non-registered producer companies and failure to comply with the regulations could result in prosecution under criminal law or civil penalties. Our aim is to take the hassle out of the legislation and support our members in helping you become compliant and protect your business.

The Environment Agency implement a standard late registration fee affecting all new late registrants. However if you join Comply Direct we are happy to foot the bill, so get in touch and take this opportunity today.

What our members say...

“Russell IPM Ltd joined Comply Direct in May 2016 after becoming aware of the WEEE regulations. We came across the Comply Direct website and was soon talking to the Comply Direct team who were extremely helpful and supportive in providing the information we needed. One member of staff even researched other compliance schemes in other counties which was a massive help.  The website is very easy to use and with support from my dedicated account manager submitted my data with no problem at all. Comply Direct have made becoming compliant very easy and hassle-free and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

PODCAST: Understanding the impact of non-compliance with the Packaging Regulations

We often find that companies that have been unaware of the packaging regulations and didn’t know that they had an obligation, shy away from the potential repercussions and delay starting their journey to become compliant. This podcast will explain why this is not the best plan of action and that being proactive once you do find out your company is obligated is a positive step and will benefit you in the long-run. We will be helping you to understand your obligations and the importance of being compliant.

WEEE Compliance - Are you aware of Open Scope?

‘Open Scope’ means a change to the current WEEE legislation to make all electrical items in scope of the regulations from 2019 if they meet the published criteria and are not covered by a specific exemption.

You can access the new Environment Agency scope guidance incorporating Open Scope HERE. This will help you to determine if your products are in scope, but please don't hesitate to contact our team of WEEE experts here and we can confirm for definite.

You can access a list of the products coming into scope for the first time from 2019 HERE
