Excellent Customer Service
I would like to give feedback on our membership with Comply Direct as all too often people are quick to complain and less likely to acknowledge excellent customer service. In August 2015 I was faced with taking on the responsibility for all WEEE, Batteries and Packaging compliance from a colleague who left – an onerous task I wasn’t looking forward to!! Knowing absolutely nothing about the legislation I have been helped all the way and the service I have received from Comply Direct has been excellent. Ashley has been there for me every step of the way and without his patience and guidance I would never have got my submissions in on time. Any member of staff I have spoken to has always been obliging and courteous and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. I would like to thank all your team that have been involved
