About Jessica:
I’ve been with Gareth at Comply Direct since the beginning and I feel proud every single to day to see how far we’ve come and what we’ve achieved.  My role has evolved over the years, having started out covering a bit of everything (as you’d expect in a start up business) to the position I’m in now where I am able to focus on the people in the business which is my real passion and where I believe I add the most value.  I feel privileged to work for a company that has afforded me the opportunity, and indeed fully supported me in my career progression over the years whilst building a family with my husband and two daughters.  I completed my level 5 CIPD diploma in HR management in 2015 and am set to complete my level 7 in early 2021.  I strongly believe that our employees are our business, and I am fully committed to ensuring we have a happy, motivated team which in turn results in a high-performance culture and ensures we are delivering the highest level of service to our customers, and meeting organisational aims and objectives.  We have the very best team, and I am always inspired by their dedication to their roles and the business, and indeed our vision of ‘always finding a better way’.

Specific interest within position:
To develop and implement strategies and processes which foster a high-performance culture focused on delivering exceptional levels of customer service and aligning operational activity with company objectives.
