HR and Operations Manager, Operations
I am responsible for overseeing all the compliance and operational activities for the business and I manage the systems relating to our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22301, Investors in People and Customer Service Excellence accreditations. I develop and maintain all company processes and procedures which results in the ongoing approval of these standards as well as fulfilling Comply Direct's obligations as a producer compliance scheme and ultimately ensuring we are delivering the best possible service to our customers. I also have input into ongoing business strategy and growth, and manage all HR related activity.
